Stijn Muller - FloatControl

Stijn Muller is a consultant and specialized in the generation and management of project plannings. He will ensure the project to be completed as fast as possible without over-allocating resources – he creates oversight, insight and speeds up (pharma)projects.

The backbone of his method consists of Aliyahu Goldratts theory of constraints enriched with branch specific elements. Next to that he is capable of translating complicating processes into clear overviews – also less experienced team members will understand the critical path. A proven method; projects have been speeded up by over 25%.

Stijn has a career in pharmaceutical project planning since 1998 and holds universal bachelor degree in business management as a bachelor degree in biosciences. He is IPMA-PMO certified.
