Creating ideas for new products and/or services often are done during brainstorm sessions without visualization. The System-blox can not only be used to visualize a process but also shows issues and risks. By moving the shapes, the group together forms the structures that grow into mutual understanding and system perspective.

Depending on your interests, we help you develop a gameboard, to help your organisation grow in its learning capacity, to tap the wisdom of the people in your organisation, or the wisdom of the crowds to inspire your thinking, to solve your dilemma’s, to provide feedback on your dreams, ideas and ambitions.

How we can support you?
The moderators of HIFolcs are specialised in people-oriented methods, Genuine Contact , for moderating group processes addressing emotions, connections, and relation networks in a social safe environment.
Our mission is to reveal the secrets of a high-perfomance teams by focussing on system thinking.
We have developed a method called System-blox that appeals to the visual, auditory, textual, and haptic/tactile processing centers of our brain and thus supports the VARK learning styles. This method is based on the Vormtaal as developed at TU Delft (vd Sanden, Kamp, 2020).
